Job Title: Bagging Associate (Short-Term)
Location: Decatur, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Assignment Length: 4–8 weeks

Position Overview:
Spherion is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a short-term Bagging Project in a warehouse located in Decatur, IL. This role involves manually bagging small parts and performing visual inspections to ensure product quality. A great opportunity for someone looking for steady, short-term work in a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bag small parts according to order or packaging guidelines

• Inspect parts for visible damage or quality defects before packaging

• Label and seal packaged items accurately

• Maintain accurate counts and proper documentation

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions

• Basic counting and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting

• Familiarity with basic quality inspection practices

This is a short-term position expected to last 4 to 8 weeks.
